Strategic Enrollment Leadership
Develop and execute a multi-year strategic enrollment plan that supports institutional objectives and financial sustainability. Analyze market trends, demographic data, and competitor activity to inform decision-making and positioning. Provide enrollment projections to support budgeting, academic planning, housing, and long-term institutional strategy. Lead strategic communication and recruitment initiatives in collaboration with Marketing and Academic Affairs.
Enrollment Management and Promotion Oversight
Provide executive leadership to Admissions, Enrollment Operations/CRM, Financial Aid (as assigned), and related enrollment units. Guide recruitment strategies for undergraduate, graduate, transfer, online, and international populations. Oversee Promotions and all communication flows, recruitment events, digital outreach, and campus visit experiences. Monitor and respond to key performance indicators, including applications, yield and demographic distribution.
Retention & Student Success Leadership
Lead campus-wide retention strategy focused on first-year success, persistence, and graduation rates. Oversee or coordinate retention-related areas such as advising, student success, tutoring, and early-alert systems. Analyze retention patterns and implement interventions addressing academic, social, and financial barriers to student progress. Foster collaboration across Academic Affairs, Student Life, Counseling, and Career Services to create a seamless student-support ecosystem.
Executive Management & Cross-Campus Collaboration
Supervise managers and staff across enrollment and student success functions, ensuring accountability and excellence. Manage budgets for recruitment, scholarships, financial aid strategy (as applicable), and retention initiatives. Ensure compliance with federal/state regulations and accreditation standards. Communicate regularly with campus leaders regarding enrollment performance, projections, and strategic impacts. Model mission-aligned leadership that strengthens our ministry culture and student-centered initiatives.
