Vice President, Finance

The Opportunity
We’re seeking a strategic, hands-on VP of Finance to lead all financial operations for our multi-entity healthcare organization. You’ll oversee corporate accounting, consolidations, FP&A, payroll, tax, compliance, and financial systems ensuring timely, accurate reporting while delivering actionable insights to support operational and strategic decisions. This is your chance to translate enterprise strategy into disciplined financial execution in a regulated healthcare setting.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead Finance Operations: Oversee day-to-day finance across all entities, month-end close, and consolidated reporting.

  • Drive Multi-Entity Accounting: Manage intercompany transactions, audits, and compliance across multiple reporting entities.

  • Own FP&A: Lead budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and enterprise-level financial insights.

  • Manage Health Authority & Funding Reporting: Ensure compliance with provincial agreements and standardize reporting across facilities.

  • Oversee Lender & Compliance Reporting: Handle covenants, schedules, and capital strategy support.

  • Optimize Payroll & Workforce Costs: Ensure accurate payroll, strengthen labor analytics, and support workforce planning.

  • Lead Systems & Controls: Drive ERP optimization, BI dashboards, process automation, and data governance.

  • Build High-Performing Teams: Mentor finance leaders, foster collaboration, and develop succession plans.

What You Bring:

  • CPA designation (required)

  • 10+ years progressive finance experience; 5+ years in leadership

  • Multi-entity and consolidation expertise

  • Healthcare, senior care, or regulated industry experience preferred

  • Strong experience with audits, lender reporting, and financial systems
