Job Description

We are seeking an experienced ETF Capital Markets professional to support our growing global Active ETF product line-up to join us in our Boston office.

This is an exciting time to join our business during a period of growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enhancing and harmonizing processes and procedures globally.
  • Contribute to design and primary launch of active ETF’s.
  • Evolve the liquidity partnerships with market-makers (create/redeem + tax efficiency).
  • Assist internal distribution as well as external client inquiries.

Required Qualifications:

  • 3-7 years of ETF experience (minimum 3).
  • Global relationships with broker dealer / market making.
  • Entrepreneur mind-set - desire to take initiative and drive the business to globally standardize manufacturing.
  • Strong interpersonal skillset with experience working with Investment, Trading and Distribution Teams.
  • Experience in active managed and defined outcome ETF’s.

Base Pay Salary

The estimated base salary for this role is $190,000 - $215,000 per year. We have a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy. Your initial total compensation may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographical work location. In addition, most of our roles are eligible for variable pay in the form of bonus, commissions, and/or long-term incentives depending on the role.
