Job Description:
We are seeking a Vice President, Enterprise PMO to lead enterprise-wide program management initiatives across Procurement, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Engineering, and M&A activities. This role is responsible for driving strategic execution, enabling cross-functional alignment, and delivering enterprise productivity and transformation initiatives that support annual operating plan and long-term business objectives.
In this role, you will establish and lead a centralized PMO that provides governance, visibility, and execution rigor across high-impact initiatives. This position offers the opportunity to influence enterprise strategy, lead large-scale transformation efforts, and partner closely with executive leadership to deliver measurable operational and financial results.
You’ll add value to this role by performing various functions including, but not limited to:
· Build and lead a centralized PMO supporting Procurement and Operations, establishing standardized program management methodologies, governance processes, and execution frameworks
· Drive visibility and accountability through executive-level reporting, dashboards, and leadership reviews
· Lead operational support for mergers, acquisitions, integrations, and divestiture activities, including diligence, integration planning, and separation execution
· Own enterprise productivity pipelines across Procurement and Supply Chain, including identification, tracking, and delivery of savings initiatives
· Partner with Procurement, Finance, and Business Unit leadership to validate savings, track realization, and mitigate risks
· Oversee Manufacturing Network Optimization initiatives, ensuring alignment with enterprise footprint and operational strategies
· Drive execution of plant consolidations, capacity optimization, and asset utilization improvement initiatives
· Lead data-driven decision-making efforts to improve service levels, reduce costs, and enhance operational agility
· Provide PMO leadership across capital investment projects, ensuring alignment to strategic priorities and return on investment objectives
· Develop and implement standardized capital project playbooks, including governance, sourcing strategies, and startup readiness processes
· Drive cross-functional alignment and collaboration across a complex matrixed organization
· Influence executive leadership to ensure prioritization and resource allocation align with enterprise objectives
· Support continuous improvement initiatives and additional strategic projects as assigned
Important Details:
· The anticipated compensation for this position ranges from $234,000 - $351,000 CAD annually. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, specific competencies, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics and business or organizational needs. For certain roles, the successful candidate may be eligible for annual discretionary merit compensation award, bonus and equity pay.
· This is a full-time remote role. Travel is required based on business needs, site support, and strategic initiatives.
You’ll fit right in if you have:
· Bachelor’s degree required
· Master of Business Administration or advanced degree preferred
· Minimum of fifteen (15) years of progressive experience in operations, procurement, supply chain, or program management with significant leadership responsibility
· Proven track record leading large-scale, cross-functional transformation initiatives
· Strong financial acumen with experience managing productivity pipelines and delivering measurable savings
· Experience supporting mergers and acquisitions, including diligence and integration execution
· Deep expertise in PMO governance, tools, methodologies, and best practices
· Experience in manufacturing and supply chain environments required
· Demonstrated ability to influence and drive results in a complex matrixed organization
· Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with experience presenting to executive leadership
