Job Summary:
Location: Nebraska Methodist CollegeResponsibilities:
Lead, mentor and develop a diverse team of directors and staff across multiple departments. (60%) - Percentage in each department will depend on week.
Oversee academic advising, student support services, tutoring, disability services, and student engagement initiatives
Oversee marketing, recruitment, and admissions strategies to attract, engage, and enroll mission‑aligned students.
Oversee registrar functions including academic records, registration, course scheduling, degree audits, and graduation processing.
Serve as a key member of the President’s Cabinet, contributing to institutional planning, accreditation, and strategic initiatives not limited to those below. (40%)
Develop and execute a comprehensive, institution‑wide enrollment and student success strategy aligned with mission, market demand, and long‑term growth goals.
Lead a unified vision for the student experience, ensuring smooth transitions between recruitment, onboarding, academic progress, and completion.
Ensure effective collaboration between marketing and admissions to strengthen brand awareness, lead generation, and conversion.
Use data analytics, forecasting, and market intelligence to drive decision‑making and optimize enrollment pipelines and retention outcomes.
Lead institution‑wide retention and persistence strategies, ensuring proactive, holistic support for all students.
Works with Methodist System to ensure our students have a seamless access to employment.

Education
Master’s degree required in higher education administration or related field.
Doctorate preferred.
Experience
Five plus years of progressively responsible leadership experience in enrollment management, student affairs, academic administration or related areas.
Demonstrated success in enrollment growth, retention improvement or student success innovation.
Strong understanding of higher education trends, demographic shifts and competitive market dynamics.
