Vice President, Client Success- Evernorth

As a senior leader shaping high-impact partnerships across the infusion and specialty therapy ecosystem, you will drive strategic outcomes, strengthen operational performance, and elevate the value we deliver to health system partners. This role blends strategic influence, relationship leadership, and operational excellence to accelerate growth and enhance client success in a complex, fast-evolving healthcare landscape.

Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic client partnerships to improve revenue, profitability, and patient-centered outcomes across infusion and specialty therapy programs.
  • Develop and execute partnership strategies aligned with long-term organizational goals and health system objectives.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership on partnership structures, value optimization, and strategic decision-making.
  • Strengthen operational performance through collaboration with Finance, Admissions, Pharmacy, and Revenue Cycle teams.
  • Guide joint go-to-market strategies and oversee successful execution across partner organizations.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs, dashboards, and quarterly review processes to measure impact, ROI, and partnership success.
  • Build strong relationships with health system leaders to ensure alignment, engagement, and cross-departmental support.
  • Support development and negotiation of client agreements to maximize value for all parties.
  • Participate in annual budget planning and ensure financial performance aligns with expectations.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in healthcare business units, joint ventures, network development, or business development.
  • Expertise in infusion pharmacy, specialty pharmacy, home infusion, or alternate site of care.
  • Strong understanding of reimbursement models, referral generation, and payor strategies.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with senior stakeholders and influence decision-making across complex organizations.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and operational problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related business systems.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Advanced degree (MBA, MHA, PharmD) preferred.
  • Experience in scaling health system-based service lines or business units.
  • Preferred location is Pittsburg, Orlando, or Remote

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 176,300 - 293,900 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus and long term incentive plan.
