The Vice President - Ambulatory and Clinical Program Operations delivers our brand promise of Serious Medicine, Extraordinary Care. As the Vice President of Operations (VPO) we count on you to lead your assigned organizational areas. You will be responsible for driving results to achieve strategic and operational goals while maintaining high organizational accountability. You must exemplify our values and demand the same from your teams. To achieve this, you must commit to a culture of safety and reliability to eliminate patient harm, cultivate trust and well-being, partner with multiple stake holders across a variety of disciplines and organizations to meet the needs of those we serve, provide an engaging experience, and you must drive best practices that encourage innovation while practicing stewardship.

Required Qualifications: Vice President - Ambulatory and Clinical Program Operations

  • 10 Years progressive leadership experience with 5 years at a director or equivalent level with full P&L responsibility required. 
  • Bachelor's degree in nursing, Business, or closely related field required. 
  • Demonstrated effectiveness in managing and directing departmental operations and management/supervisory personnel; a proven history of evaluating, training, and motivating performance; an ability to accomplish results through others, delegate effectively, establish clear guidelines for accountability, build consensus and provide strong leadership in a team environment, with the highest level of professional and personal integrity required.
  • Strong program development skills are required, with a proven record of accomplishment in the development of high-quality services required.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills required.

Preferred Qualifications: Vice President - Ambulatory and Clinical Program Operations

  • Healthcare leadership experience preferred. 
  • Master's degree in business administration, Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or closely related discipline preferred. 
  • Knowledge of current reimbursement and clinical issues confronting health system-employed physician practices is preferred.
