Job Title: Veterinary Surgeon – 12-month Fixed Term
Salary: Up to £60,000 DOE
Location: St Annes Veterinary Group, Eastbourne
Job Type: 12-month fixed-term contract, full-time
Hours: 40 hours over 4 days, with 2 Saturdays and 1 Sunday (half day) in an 8-weekend rota (with TOIL following a working weekend)

We are looking for a Veterinary Surgeon to cover a 12-month maternity leave, with the potential for the role to become permanent.

The Team

For over 80 years, we have been Eastbourne’s largest veterinary practice, with a well-established, supportive, and collaborative team of 13 vets and 20 RVNs/SVNs. As an RCVS-accredited practice, we pride ourselves on delivering consistently high clinical standards and building long-term client relationships through continuity of care.

Who We’re Looking For

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a UK small animal practice
• Confident in routine surgery and consultations
• Strong teamwork, communication, and client care skills
• Committed to delivering high-quality, patient-focused care
