At IDEXX, we’re transforming veterinary care through cutting-edge technology. As a Veterinary Software Sales & Account Manager, you’ll lead the charge in driving adoption of our veterinary software solutions, helping clinics deliver exceptional care and streamline operations.
What You’ll Do
Drive sales of IDEXX veterinary software within Australia & New Zealand—from opportunity identification to contract completion.
Convert new customers and expand product adoption among existing IDEXX clients.
Develop and execute territory and account development plans.
Manage your pipeline and consistently achieve quarterly and annual quotas.
Deliver engaging SaaS product demonstrations via webinars and virtual sessions.
Collaborate with the CAG Commercial team to ensure outstanding customer satisfaction.
Gather customer feedback to influence product development and marketing strategies.
Represent and promote the IDEXX brand globally with professionalism and enthusiasm.
3+ years in software sales or related field.
Experience working within a Veterinary clinic with a strong understanding of workflow.
Strong understanding of SaaS solutions and consultative selling.
Customer-focused mindset with proven ability to build lasting relationships
Results-driven approach with a track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
Collaborative team player who values diverse perspectives.
Adaptable and resourceful in dynamic environments.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Critical thinking and problem-solving ability.
Action-oriented and autonomous in managing priorities.
