What You’ll Do

As a CSR, you are the heart of the client experience—often the first and last impression of our hospital. You’ll:

• Welcome clients warmly and ensure a smooth, stress-free visit from check-in to checkout
• Answer phones with confidence and empathy while scheduling and confirming appointments
• Clearly explain services, recommendations, and fees so clients feel informed and comfortable
• Accurately process payments, maintain records, and manage communications
• Educate pet owners on services, products, and preventative care
• Follow up with clients and connect with prospective pet parents in a proactive, caring way

What We’re Looking For

• At least 1 year of customer service experience (veterinary/medical preferred, not required)
• A genuine love for people and pets
• Strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to stay calm and professional in a fast-paced or emotional environment
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Comfort with computers and learning new systems
• Flexibility to work weekends
