Willows Veterinary Hospital and Referral Service are recruiting for a professional Client Care Associate to join their team. This is a permanent full-time position working 37.5h per week.

The hours will be 1300-2100 Monday to Friday.

You will be required to work 1:3 weekends Saturday and Sunday 1300-2100, that week, the days off will be Thursday before the weekend and Tuesday after.

Your role and responsibilities 

  • Welcoming all clients and visitors to the hospital
  • Answering telephones and diverting or taking messages ensuring prompt delivery and accurate details.
  • Monitoring practice email and directing enquiries to the relevant department
  • Accurately inputting patient data to the computer system as required
  • Dealing with all general enquiries, explaining procedures in place and making new and follow up appointments.
  • Ensuring that waiting areas, reception and patient toilets are kept clean, tidy and stocked up.
  • Office administration duties to include scanning and filing

  • Be highly motivated and well organised with the ability to work on their own initiative
  • Have a friendly, welcoming and professional manner with excellent interpersonal skills both in person and on the phone
  • The ability to multitask under pressure whilst maintaining a high level of accuracy and quality of work.
  • Can support and communicate effectively with clients, vet professionals, and fellow associates
  • Be a team player with the ability to establish positive working relationships.
