Position: Veterinary Assistant / Client Service Representative
Schedule: Full-time

Windy Hill Veterinary Hospital is a AAHA-accredited veterinary practice committed to excellence in both patient care and client service. We believe strong communication and high medical standards are equally essential to a successful hospital.
We are seeking a full-time, cross-trained Veterinary Assistant / Client Service Representative to support both our medical and front-desk teams. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, adaptability, and working collaboratively across departments. Training will be provided for success in both areas.
Clinical Support:
Assist doctors and technicians during exams and procedures
Safely restrain and care for patients following AAHA standards
Prepare and maintain exam and treatment areas
Support basic patient care and accurate recordkeeping
Client Service Support:
Greet clients and patients professionally and compassionately
Schedule appointments and manage phone communications
Process payments and review estimates and invoices
Communicate clearly with clients regarding services and next steps
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Experience in veterinary medicine, animal care & customer service
Willingness to cross-train and work in both roles
Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-standard environment
Animal handling skills & knowledge of clinical procedures.
