Strong medical and surgical knowledge, particularly in soft tissue procedures
Qualifications
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent degree from an accredited university (required)
Compassionate, client-centered approach to care
Strong communication and client-education skills
Prior leadership experience preferred
Experience developing medically driven protocols and SOPs
