About the Role:
We’re looking for a detail-driven Verification Officer to join our team and play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, authenticity, and compliance of customer information and applicant documentation. This role is essential in minimising risk, maintaining regulatory standards, and supporting a smooth, secure lending process from application through to final loan disbursement.

Key Responsibilities:
Act as an escalation point for stakeholders and ensure verification tasks are completed accurately and on time
Review and verify applicant documentation in line with SOPs, AML/CTF, KYC, and company compliance requirements
Identify and report discrepancies or anomalies during application reviews
Communicate proactively with broker partners and internal teams to resolve issues and obtain missing information
Ensure accurate data entry and verification of payment, asset, and encumbrance details
Complete identity verification for all consumer applications
Support dealership accreditation, verification, and suspension processes
Meet daily KPIs and adhere to team SLAs.
Build product knowledge across all settlement-related applications.

About You:
Proven experience in both customer service and administration
1+ year of experience in finance or the automotive industry (desirable but not essential)
Knowledge of AML/CTF and KYC obligations (highly regarded)
