We’re looking for an Agentic AI Product Manager to join our team, reporting directly to the Head of Agentic AI Workforce product management. In this role, you’ll own and maintain the product roadmap and lead discovery conversations to deeply understand market and customer needs. You’ll go beyond surface‑level requirements - digging in, asking thoughtful questions, and uncovering the real problems customers face so we can design impactful, meaningful AI solutions.
You’ll serve as the bridge between our customers and our development teams, translating insights into clear, actionable problems. Over time, you’ll become the subject matter expert for your area of the Agentic AI workforce product and collaborate closely with teams such as Product Marketing, Adoption, Sales, CSM, and Product Writing.
