Job Description

Be part of the vendor due diligence process under Enterprise Procurement. Schedule Vendor Risk Assessment meetings with lines of business and risk teams. Assist and manage risk related documentation in GRC (Governance Risk and Compliance) applications, such as Archer and Opera. Provide additional support to the business and sourcing team with the VRA process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hold and manage calls with Security Teams (Information Security, Physical Security, and BCP), lines of business, and other stakeholders related to 3rd party vendor security audits.
  • Publish meeting notes and requirements to business after VRA calls.
  • Respond to VRA Mailbox queries.
  • Support the delivery and documentation of Security reviews and ensure they are in line with Ameriprise's Vendor Risk policies and procedures.
  • Extract various reports from various tools (example: Archer/Ariba).
  • Provide additional support to business/risk teams/procurement on tool related queries and/or VRA assistance.


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor Degree or equivalent
  • Willingness to work in night shift (with LOB who work in the U.S shift).


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Understanding of basic risk management and information security concepts.
  • Excellent Communication Skills, both written & Spoken
  • Experience in documentation (example: taking meeting minutes, documenting a process, etc).
