The Analyst – Vendor Governance Management reports locally to the Director, 3rd Party Vendor Risk Governance in MBPS and is responsible for ensuring effective risk management of the Company’s vendors globally.
As a critical element of the first line of defense, the Vendor Risk Analyst will monitor and manage vendor risk through an effective risk assessment of the Procurement intake requests.
The incumbent will conduct pre-screening questionnaire with the business to determine if the risk rating is either stable or not.
This person will also support mailbox management or any other required reports for the Vendor Governance team.
In this capacity, the individual must be skilled in influencing others to assess and monitor vendor risk and follow vendor risk management policy.
The incumbent will have deep understanding of relevant risk management principles and best practices, ensuring compliance with the Company’s Outsourcing and Third-Party Risk Management Policy.

• 2+ years' experience in Vendor Governance, Vendor Management or Third-Party Risk, Corporate Procurement or Contact Center with experience delivering reports to stakeholders 3+ years in a professional environment
• Graduate of 4-year degree
• Knowledge of risk and control practices, procedures and principles
• Excellent communication (written and spoken) and problem-solving capability
• Highly engaged with strong interpersonal skills and service-oriented attitude to stakeholders and customers
• A high degree of organizational skills, ability to set priorities, manage multiple demands and the ability to complete tasks under strict timelines is required.
• Strong PC skills and proficiency with MS Excel, PowerPoint Word, and SharePoint
• Attentive to detail and quality, well-organized, innovative and result-driven
• Self-starter with high level of initiative; Exercises good judgement; Operates in a professional and ethical manner with customers and vendors
• Ability to work in the night shift or shift that would be required to optimally support the business
