About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and strategic Vendor Relationship Manager to oversee relationships with key third party suppliers and partners. This role is responsible for managing the full vendor lifecycle from sourcing and onboarding. Ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance standards.

What You’ll Get to Do:

  • Develop and implement vendor management strategies aligned with company goals and procurement policies.
  • Establish governance frameworks to monitor vendor performance, SLAs, and compliance metrics.
  • Serve as the main point of contact between the business and vendors, maintaining transparent and collaborative relationships.
  • Track and report on key KPIs including delivery, cost efficiency, risk, and service quality.
  • Identify and mitigate vendor-related risks, including contractual, financial, and operational exposures.
  • Negotiate contracts, renewals, and pricing structures to optimize value.
  • Partner with Domains and Solutions to assess needs and which vendors can help support
  • Support procurement in vendor selection and onboarding processes.
  • Provide insights and reporting to senior leadership on vendor landscape and strategic sourcing opportunities.

What You’ll Bring with You

  • 7+ years’ experience in vendor relationship management role with emphasis on contractor hiring—preferably within consulting, financial services, or technology sectors.
  • Deep understanding of qualifying contractors and the nuances around them
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
  • Strong network of vendors and candidate relationships within the technical markets
  • Proficiency with vendor management tools and reporting systems.
