🛠️ Job Responsibilities:
Monitor and drive supplier service quality across customers and transport modes (truck, rail, barge), ensuring compliance with OTD, data exchange, visibility, and service standards.
Ensure supplier compliance with Maersk requirements, including digital tools, supplier portal usage, integrations, payment standards, and operational policies.
Lead supplier onboarding and operational alignment, ensuring suppliers are fully trained and compliant with Maersk processes, tools, and global standards.
Develop and manage a high-performing Vendor Management team, fostering performance, engagement, collaboration in a matrix environment, and adherence to safety, regulatory, and global policy requirements.
Drive cost-to-serve and transparency, auditing supplier allocation and performance, sharing insights with internal stakeholders, and feeding market and supplier intelligence back into the organization.
🎯 What We’re Looking For:
3–5 years of experience in similar roles.
Minimum of 3 years of experience managing and leading teams.
Hands-on experience with direct carriers.
Strong understanding of inland/land transportation operations, including routes, costs, telematics, and milestones.
Functional level of English.
