Reporting Specialist
Location: Medford, OR (onsite)
Compensation: The full salary range for this position is $19.25-$28.85 /hr. The anticipated starting pay is $21.00-$22.00/hr, determined by factors such as skills, experience, and organizational considerations. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.

The Reporting Specialist will be responsible for providing specialized expertise in inventory, funding, lien payoffs, cash, financial and personnel forecasting and reporting. The successful candidate will be detail oriented, accurate and able to perform in a high paced work environment.
What You'll Do
Acquire and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of shared services processes and procedures.
Processing daily upload files to business partners regarding vehicle flooring payoffs.
Processing daily upload files for lien payoffs.
Update daily volume for Home Office departments.
Provide information to management by assembling and summarizing data; preparing reports; making presentations of findings.
Provide quality audits for admins to proactively resolve errors.
Reconcile funding and monthly reserve notices from banking partners.
Assist with monthly bank account reconciliations and reviews.
Assist with monthly performance dashboard reporting.
Other duties and complete special projects, as assigned.
What You'll Bring
Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency
Excellent communication skills both written and oral.
Time management – ability to prioritize workload and manage one’s own time.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting or related field preferred.
2-4 years of Business Administrative experience required, preferably Analyst experience.
Proficient with Microsoft Office software – Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
