Responsibilities:

Responsible for conducting technical audits of suppliers, observing the stability of

production processes and their suitability for manufacturing Vibracoustic products,

with the goal of certifying the suppliers' capabilities and quality;

Analyze the surface treatment process, focusing on cost reduction, conducting tests

and seeking alternatives to achieve the goal defined by the company's management;

Provide periodic support to the product quality and manufacturing sector, analyzing

problems with rubber adhesion to metal, analyzing faulty parts and issuing diagnoses

based on technical knowledge, aiming to resolve the problem found;

Support the quality area in the product manufacturing process, addressing problems

presented by customers, analyzing and implementing corrective actions;

Attend external audits related to FMEA pillars, submitting required documents,

complying with IATF (Automotive Industry Standards) standards, in order to maintain

the certification granted to the Company;

Meet the company's demand in evaluating the production cost of adhesives and

surface treatment, observing and checking the cost composition and validating the

process.

May perform activities that contribute to achieving the objectives of quality,

environment and programs aimed at improving service to internal and external

customers, as well as the activities of the Quality Management System processes;

Responsible for reviewing formulas that have not been approved, repeating the

testing and validation cycle, until final approval is achieved, within the required safety

and quality standards;

Responsible for updating data related to suppliers, sending information about the

components used in the products, for evaluation and analysis;

Provide support to the process engineering area, in problems with rubber injection in

the vulcanization process of parts, with the aim of solving the problems found and

ensuring the quality of the company's products;

Participate in projects to reduce the costs of rubber compound and other items,

carrying out and formulating goals, schedules and monitoring the execution of the stages, ensuring the achievement of the objectives set together with the company's management; Possible appointment as the company's chemical manager (As per appointment) and activities related to this role. Perform other activities related to your work area and/or at the discretion of your immediate supervisor .
