What You’ll Do:
Support the day-to-day administration of compensation data, processes and analysis.
Monitor and analyze large datasets to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for optimization.
Work with business units on career architecture. Provide current data for review and implement applicable changes.
Review current job descriptions and update into current template.
Partner with Finance and Business Operations to reconcile incentive payouts against accruals, forecasts, and actual performance metrics.
What You’ll Need to Have for the Role:
In pursuit of a degree, or a recent graduate with a concentration in Human Resources, Data-Analytics, or related field.
Cumulative 3.0 GPA
A graduation date between December 2026-July 2027.
Ability to relocate to Chicago for the summer term (June 1-August 7). Camping World does not provide relocation or housing stipends.
Sufficient knowledge of Microsoft Office: Suite: (Outlook, Excel, Word)
Preferred strong Excel skills
Technically savvy with the ability to learn new systems and interpret data
Ability to maintain professional demeanor and strict confidentiality of employee and company information
Pay Range:
