What will you do?

As the SEO & Digital Copywriting Coordinator, you will execute the content strategy for the North America websites (US and Canada). You are responsible for ensuring content updates are communicated, launched, tested, and measured. You will support the Digital Content team in managing the content library within the content management system and its surrounding processes. The position reports to the SEO Manager and is a hybrid position working 3 days at our Costa Mesa, CA headquarters and 2 days from home.

  • Coordinate and execute weekly, monthly, and seasonal website content updates in alignment with the master content calendar and campaign priorities.
  • Write and optimize digital copy across the site, including landing pages, category pages, product descriptions, meta titles/descriptions, and internal linking, using SEO best practices.
  • Ensure all content is planned and executed with a mobile‑first mindset, optimizing for user experience, search visibility, and performance across devices.
  • Conduct pre‑ and post‑launch quality assurance checks to validate content accuracy, layout, links, and functionality across browsers and platforms.
  • Maintain, organize, and update content within the CMS and digital catalog, supporting efficient page management, template usage, and content lifecycle updates.
  • Partner closely with marketing, site merchandising, creative, and digital teams to align content assets to launches, campaigns, and key business moments.
  • Monitor content and SEO performance using analytics tools, tracking KPIs such as organic traffic, engagement, and conversion, and sharing optimization recommendations.
  • Support ongoing process improvements by documenting workflows, identifying efficiencies, and assisting with SEO, CMS, and content management enhancements.

Additionally, while formal education in a related field is great to have, we are most interested in your 1-3 years of experience and professional achievements. 

The foundation skills you will need in this position are:

  • SEO Fundamentals – Working knowledge of on‑page SEO best practices, including keyword usage, meta titles/descriptions, internal linking, and search‑optimized copywriting.
  • Strong Writing & Editing Skills – Ability to write clear, engaging, and brand‑appropriate copy for digital experiences, with attention to grammar, tone, and accuracy.
  • Content Management System (CMS) Proficiency – Comfort working within a CMS to publish, edit, organize, and maintain website content and page templates.
  • Attention to Detail & Quality Assurance – Strong eye for detail to ensure content accuracy, link integrity, formatting consistency, and flawless execution across devices and browsers.
  • Analytical & Performance‑Driven Mindset – Ability to review basic analytics and SEO metrics, identify trends, and apply learnings to optimize content performance.
  • Organizational & Time‑Management Skills – Capable of managing multiple tasks, deadlines, and content updates while staying aligned to calendars and launch timelines.
  • Cross‑Functional Communication & Collaboration – Ability to work effectively with marketing, creative, merchandising, and digital partners, incorporating feedback and coordinating assets efficiently.

Hiring Range:

$60,480.00 USD - $75,600.00 USD annually

Incentive Potential: This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential. Specific details of the additional compensation eligibility for this position will be provided during the recruiting and interview process.
