Value Stream Strategy & Direction略与方向

  • Develop and execute the value stream roadmap to deliver on the operations strategy, including product transfer, localization, and capacity ramp-up.

            制定并执行价值流发展路径图,落实运营战略,包括产品转移、本地化及产能提升。

  • Assess mid- to long-term resource requirements (people, equipment, footprint) and align with the midterm Manufacturing Program led by Operational Excellence & Strategy.

            评估中长期资源需求(人员、设备、场地),并与“运营卓越与战略”部门主导的中期制造计划保持一致。

  • Enhance workforce flexibility and resource agility through implementation and governance of multi-skilling plans.

            通过实施并管理多技能培训计划,提升人员灵活性与资源敏捷性。

End-to-End Order Fulfillment端到端订单履行

  • Assume full accountability for the on-time delivery, volume, and quality of customer or production orders at the site.

            对客户订单或生产订单的交付时间、产量与质量承担全面责任。

  • Plan and adjust short-term resources to align production capacity with demand fluctuations.

            规划并调整短期资源,使生产能力灵活适应需求波动。

  • Achieve key production targets (output, scrap rate, productivity, lead time) and mitigate impacts from demand variability.

达成生产关键指标(产量、废品率、生产率、交付周期),缓解需求波动带来的影响。

  • Ensure strict adherence to the quality system, SOPs, safety regulations, and GMP.

确保严格遵守质量体系、标准操作规程、安全规章和良好生产规范。

Process Optimization & Cost Efficiency流程优化与成本效益

  • Continuously analyze production processes in collaboration with CI, Manufacturing Engineering, and R&D.

与持续改进、制造工程和研发等部门协作,持续分析生产流程。

  • Implement cost control measures to meet approved budgets and COGS targets.

实施成本控制措施,以实现批准的预算和销售成本目标。

Project & Initiative Support项目与倡议支持

  • Support product lifecycle activities, including new product industrialization and phase-out of legacy products, as well as CAPA management.

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and lead structural changes as required.

Education: Bachelor or above degree of engineering or supply chain management.

教育背景:工程或供应链管理学士或以上学位

Work Experience: Over ten years of experience in manufacturing, specifically within medical devices or other high-quality standard regulated environments. This must include a minimum of three years in managing a production team.

工作经验:十年以上医疗器械或高标准质量产品制造行业经验,其中至少三年担任生产团队管理职务

Specific Knowledge: Practical knowledge of Lean Manufacturing (e.g., Kaizen, TPS) and process optimization tools (e.g., Six Sigma). Strong communication skills, professional competencies in the medical field (e.g., quality systems and regulatory requirements), and fluency in English are required.
