The Value Add (VAS) Supervisor is responsible for leading all value-added services within the San Antonio Distribution Center, including rework, relabeling, repackaging, display builds, promotional kits, customer-specific compliance requirements, and special handling processes. This role ensures all customer specifications and retail routing requirements are executed accurately and efficiently while maintaining compliance with SQF, CTPAT, and food safety regulations. The VAS Supervisor protects company margin by minimizing non-conformance charges and driving labor productivity.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily VAS operations including repack, relabel, display builds, and promotional configurations.
- Develop daily labor plans aligned with production schedules and outbound shipping requirements.
- Ensure compliance with retailer routing guides and labeling requirements.
- Maintain SQF, CTPAT, and food safety compliance within VAS activities.
- Manage VAS labor productivity metrics and control overtime.
- Ensure accurate SAP transactions during rework and repack activities.
- Lead, coach, and develop VAS team members.
Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree in supply chain, business, or related field required.
- 3–5 years of warehouse supervisory experience.
- 3–5 years of experience in SAP S/4HANA (Hana 4), Transportation Management (TRM) preferred.
- Experience in food or CPG distribution preferred.
- Strong knowledge of inventory controls and lot traceability.
