Who we are looking for

We are seeking a seasoned leader to manage a team of 15+ professionals and oversee the end-to-end delivery of daily pricing services, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and high service quality for all existing clients.

The role includes accountability for annual pricing documentation reviews and system setup assessments across the full service scope. The successful candidate will also lead automation initiatives, including project planning and implementation, with a strong focus on risk management and issue resolution.

A strong understanding of pricing operations systems is essential, along with effective communication skills and market awareness. The role requires the ability to formally communicate market updates and announcements to internal and external stakeholders.

This position collaborates closely with global teams on automation projects and supports APAC clients in driving efficiency improvements across daily pricing processes.

What you will be responsible for

  • Plan for team arrangement, including the planning and management of holiday leave, training days and sick leave
  • Lead and motivate the team, and ensure the team KPI is on track, and equip team
  • Develop and build up a strong relationship with the Client Service teams and Fund Accounting teams during daily work
  • Champion team integration within global communication and functionality adoption, along with global process alignment
  • Run monthly meeting with team to keep team updated for the status of global process alignment.
  • Lead and coordinate with various IT Development teams, IT Support teams, etc. to automate team existing workflow if applicable
  • Lead and work collaboratively with team senior associates to ensure the yearly project is appropriately proceeded with clear timeline, deliverables outlined
  • Identify program risks and issue ensuring appropriate mitigation/remediation plans are effective and roll out

Education & Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or above.  5+ years of financial industry experience. Experience in front office functionality, middle (IBOR) and back office will be preferred.
  • Strong problem solving and project management skills
  • Expert in MS Word & Excel. PowerPoint is desirable
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline orientated, globally structured team-based environment
