As a key member of Clario’s Validation Services team, you will help ensure our clinical and supply‑chain technology solutions meet the highest standards of quality, accuracy, and reliability. In this role, you will work closely with cross‑functional partners and client stakeholders to validate software applications, execute structured test processes, and contribute to high‑quality product releases that support Clario’s mission to unlock better evidence for patients worldwide.

What You’ll Be Doing
Perform validation and quality assurance of client applications, including developing test plans, scripts, and documentation aligned with internal and client processes.
Interface with client sponsors, business managers, users, and shared services to understand requirements and support quality releases.
Review and analyze user requirements and functional specifications; identify improvements to enhance clarity, coverage, and usability.
Plan validation approaches for small applications or modules within larger solutions.
Build test scripts for functions, scenarios, and regression coverage; assist in creating full script suites for application releases.
Execute test scripts, document results, and support troubleshooting of defects and application issues.
Verify work completed by other validation team members to ensure consistent quality standards.
Adhere to organizational and client SOPs; contribute to SOP enhancements and departmental process improvements.
Collaborate with peers to meet project timelines, reduce risk, and continuously improve validation practices.
Maintain technical knowledge through required training and self‑directed learning.
What We Look For
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
4+ years of experience in software validation or QA (pharmaceutical and/or supply chain experience preferred)
Proven ability to validate software using structured, standardized methodologies
Strong analytical capability to assess complex technical issues
Working knowledge of SQL, test management tools, and Software Development Life Cycles
Proficiency with MS Office
Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills with high attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks in parallel and deliver within defined time frames
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
