THE JOB:

THE DAY-TO-DAY

  • Supervise the valet services team to include efficient staffing, employee development and training, performance management and policy enforcement

  • Supervise the valet and guest service employees, ensure employees are properly trained and follow established safety standards

  • Conducts periodic inspections of valet-designated parking areas

  • Lead the pre-shift meetings for valet/guest service employees

  • Compensate guests within, for service-related inconveniences

  • Responsible for necessary staffing adjustments in order to properly accommodate guest

  • Regulate the movement and flow of traffic to ensure the casino provides efficient and effective guest services and avoids traffic congestion and delays

  • Respond effectively to guest inquiries providing excellent guest service

  • Resolve guest complaints within scope of authority; otherwise refers the matter to management; notify supervisor and/or Security of unusual events

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • One year or more prior relevant experience as a supervisor in a customer service environment

  • Able to work a varied shift including weekends and holidays

Pay Rate:

The rate for this role is:

$22.00

 

Pay will not be below any applicable minimum wage.

Should overtime be worked, employees are paid overtime pay in accordance with state requirements.
