業務概要：

·       ワクチン領域におけるマーケティング業務において、若干名を募集します。担当する製品や所属スクワッドについては、選考の中でこれまでのご経験やスキル等により総合的に判断させていただきます。想定する担当製品はいずれも会社にとって重要な戦略的位置づけになります。意欲ある皆さんのご応募をお待ちしております。

·       ワクチン領域におけるマーケティング戦略、マーケティング戦略に沿ったブランド価値を大きくする実行プラン立案と実行

·       市場分析、HCP・HCCなどStakeholderのインサイトを踏まえた短期、中長期戦略の策定

·       オムニチャネルを駆使した効率的なプロモーション戦略リソース配分計画の検討・展開

·       P/LのAccountabilityを持ち、売上予測、経費計画とその管理

·       売上目標達成に向けた適切なKPI設定とトラッキングおよび分析・課題抽出

·       スクワッドメンバーとの信頼醸成のもと、効果的なチーム作り

·       他部門に跨る社内ステークホルダやグローバルチームとのコラボレーション、クロスファンクショナルチームのリード、プロジェクトリード、プロジェクトマネジメント、KOLマネジメントとエンゲージメント

·       シニアマネージャーに向けた提案のための資料作成とプレゼンテーション
