Vaccines Brand Manager

As our Brand Manager for Vaccines, You will lead brand strategy and marketing activities for our vaccines portfolio in Morocco. You will work closely with cross-functional partners, including Medical, Market Access, Sales, Operations and global brand teams.

Responsibilities:
This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:

  • Develop and execute local brand plans that align with regional and global vaccine strategy.

  • Use customer and market insights to design multichannel customer journeys for healthcare professionals and other stakeholders.

  • Lead pre- and post-launch activities, including local adaptation of materials and coordination with agencies and operations.

  • Monitor brand performance, manage marketing budgets, and recommend actions to improve return on investment.

  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure timely supply, accurate forecasting, and compliant promotional execution.

  • Build strong relationships with global colleagues to share learnings and ensure local needs inform global plans.

  • 30 % field activities including double visits, monitor strategy and activities implementation.

  • Accountable for performance targets: In-Market Sales for the assigned portfolio

  • Accountable for Sales Forecasting for the assigned portfolio

This role is on-site in Morocco with regular field activity as required. Occasional hybrid working may be agreed with your manager.

Basic Qualifications & Skills:
We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Business or a related field.

  • At least 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical or vaccine marketing, brand management, or product management.

  • Experience designing and implementing multichannel campaigns and customer journeys.

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in a matrix environment.

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate market data into clear actions.

  • Good command of French and Arabic; professional English proficiency.


Preferred Qualifications & Skills:
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus

  • Experience specifically in vaccines, immunization programs, or public health markets.

  • Experience with launches or hospital/clinic-focused campaigns.

  • Knowledge of Morocco’s healthcare system, tender processes, or public procurement.

  • Familiarity with CRM tools, digital engagement platforms, or marketing automation.

  • Postgraduate qualification in Marketing, Public Health, Business or a related field.

  • Proven stakeholder management and influencing experience across internal and external partners.
