Main responsibilities:
Master the functionality and usage of the project management tool (Planisware)
Review, update, and enhance existing training materials related to the project management tool used in vaccine development
Propose recommendations for improving and expanding training materials
Create diverse training formats, including videos, interactive exercises, educational content, descriptions, and user guides
Continuously monitor user experience and collect feedback to support ongoing improvements
Provide technical support during onboarding and training for professional teams
Suggest development opportunities, including automation and AI-driven solutions within training materials
About you
Experience
Ongoing university studies in BSc or MSc (active student status) in the field of Life Sciences
Average 20-hour availability/week
Soft and technical skills:
Strong analytical and problem solving mindset
Learning agility and ability to master new technical systems
Attention to detail
Creative thinking for developing engaging training materials
Organizational skills
Proactive attitude
Time management
Ability of working individually and with global teams
Good IT skills (MS Office Suite)
Languages:
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Hungarian language knowledge is advantageous.
