You will be successful in this role if you have:

Key Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience in a Deskside support environment performing fault investigation, triaging, and resolution

  • Experience with desktop support, server support, hardware, network and software installation and troubleshooting

  • Drivers Licence required (Automatic)

  • Experience with supporting a corporate Windows environment

  • Printing (installation, deployment, configuration, disposals)

  • Software and Hardware diagnostic skills and building/upgrading PC's

  • Test and Tag experience highly regarded

  • Asset Management experience highly regarded

  • Minimum of 2 years in supporting Deskside support environment

Key Qualification

  • High School Diploma or GED required

  • May require technical certification or Associate Degree
