What this role is all about
As a UX Researcher at Infobip, you will play a key role in shaping our Product Design strategy and research practices. You will help teams better understand user needs, mental models, and behaviors, translating research insights into meaningful product decisions. Working closely with Product, Design, and other stakeholders, you will advocate for user-centered design and help embed research as a core part of how we build products used by millions of customers worldwide.
What you’ll do
Collaborate closely with product owners, designers, and cross-functional stakeholders to plan and execute research activities
Design and conduct a wide range of qualitative and quantitative research using lab-based, remote, and field methods
Synthesize research findings into clear, actionable insights that inform product decisions and roadmaps
Communicate research outcomes effectively through presentations, reports, and storytelling tailored to different audiences
Advocate for user research as an integral part of the product design and development process
Contribute to building an insights-driven culture across Product Design and Development
Mentor designers and other colleagues in developing and applying research skills
Proactively suggest product improvements based on research data and heuristic evaluations
What makes you a strong fit
Several years of experience planning, conducting, analyzing, and reporting on user research studies
Confidence in facilitating user interviews and engaging with participants
Strong understanding of qualitative and quantitative research methods, including when and how to apply them across different product phases
Passion for design, digital products, and understanding people and their behaviors
Experience in enterprise UX or a strong interest in complex, B2B product environments
Hands-on experience with a variety of qualitative and quantitative research techniques
Ability to create wireframes, user flows, and low-fidelity mockups to communicate ideas and improvements
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong ability to tell a compelling story using data
