We’re looking for a UI/UX Designer who is passionate about creating intuitive, visually compelling, and user-centered digital experiences. This role will focus on designing seamless web and product interfaces that improve usability, drive engagement, and support business goals.

You’ll collaborate closely with product managers, developers, marketers, and stakeholders to translate user needs and business requirements into elegant design solutions.

This role blends user research, interaction design, and visual design to deliver best-in-class digital experiences.
 

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, product design, or digital design

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design processes

  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar

  • Experience designing responsive web and mobile interfaces

  • Understanding of design systems and component-based design

  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS capabilities and front-end constraints

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

  • Experience working in agile product development environments

  • Familiarity with user research methodologies and usability testing

  • Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar, etc.)

  • Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG)

  • Experience working with WordPress, SaaS platforms, or enterprise websites
     

Responsibilities

  • Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to understand user needs and behaviors

  • Create user journeys, personas, wireframes, and prototypes to communicate design ideas

  • Translate complex workflows into simple, intuitive user experiences

  • Design clean, modern, and responsive interfaces for web and digital products

  • Create high-fidelity mockups using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD

  • Maintain and evolve design systems and component libraries

  • Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver solutions aligned with business goals

  • Participate in agile sprint cycles, design reviews, and product planning

  • Provide design guidance during implementation

  • Conduct A/B testing and usability testing to refine designs

  • Use analytics and user feedback to continuously improve digital experiences

  • Ensure designs follow accessibility and usability best practices
