Our team manages a portfolio of digital products designed to support the Investor Relations community in their core workflows while enabling the efforts of our internal advisory business. Together, we empower over 2,000 global corporations to effectively engage with the investment community. Additionally, we provide solutions that support to sell-side institutions involved in corporate access and event management.
The Impact:
In this role, you will be responsible for designing validated, user-centered experiences that align with business goals and client needs. We care about the overall user experience and overall client experience, not just the visual interfaces. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to create intuitive and engaging experiences. You mentor junior designers and guide the team through the design process, ensuring that best practices are followed and that designs are validated through user research and testing.

Key Responsibilities
User Research & Market Analysis: Conduct user research, competitive analysis, and usability testing to understand customer workflows, industry trends, and emerging best practices. Translate insights into actionable design improvements.
Interaction & Visual Design: Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that enhance usability and engagement. Ensure consistency across the product by contributing to the design system and aligning with UX best practices.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Lead design projects, directing and delegating work for more junior team members and building strong partnerships with cross-functional stakeholders to help to mature the overall product design.
Design Validation & Iteration: Test and iterate on design solutions based on user feedback and data-driven insights. Use qualitative and quantitative methods to refine workflows and improve product usability.
Communication: Present work across various job functions integrating design frameworks, data and research insights to articulate a user-centered point of view that influences strategic decision-making and direction at senior levels
What We're Looking For
3-5 years of experience in UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design work and process. FinTech knowledge/experience is preferred
Experience utilizing various user research methods (e.g. interviews, surveys, usability testing), and translating insights from research to your designs
Strong critical and design thinking skills
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Leadership skills to manage stakeholders and multiple workstreams simultaneously
Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and identify/prioritize problems to be tackled based on project needs and timelines
Understanding of design systems and component-based design
Proficiency in the design tool Figma. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite is a plus. Familiarity with front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and working with developers.
