Responsible for representing customer in the Tribes and coaching other competence areas with the customer value creation and value communication
Responsible to understand and analyze markets and trends from the customer value perspective and translates that into an added value and value communication
Ensures the quality of real-life experimentation with KONE customers and translates that into a personal professional insight
Responsible for validating the design quality and perceived customer value.

Supports individual project manager, product owner or business owner with customer value creation
Builds a wide network within different KTI areas, marketing, and design competence teams
Holistic point of view on customer value and design
Responsible for contributing to holistic point of view and lifecycle thinking of physical and digital products and services
Ability to design comprehensive offering and design systems
Knowledge on other design and competence areas, ability to utilize that in a creation of a product or a service
Leadership
Design lead responsibility and proficiency and developed knowledge with all the relevant design methods
Responsible of leading a design project independently and in the global competence domain
Independent individual contributor with ability to instruct and coach professionals and ability to lead a team of specialists and experts
Tribe responsibility of developing of new, unclarified front end, soft value and human aspect, ability to manage uncertainty
Responsible for competence development in specific Design domain. Responsible for developing and adapting new working methods
