Raytheon is seeking a highly motivated Program Integrators (PI) for the Upper Tier Missile Defense (UTMD) Product Area Directorate and the Contractor Logistics Support (CLS) Program within UTMP Sustainment Programs. PIs are key members of the program leadership team in managing overall program execution of our current portfolio/program and supporting growth and strategy initiatives. You will be working closely with, and influence/support UTMD Program Managers/CLS PM, functional team members, and other program office teammates. You will assist with providing tactical direction, as well as critical support, for program execution and maintain program cadence to ensure contract and company requirements, deliverables, and reporting are met using the approved business model and management tools. This role offers the opportunity to gain valuable portfolio-level/program-level experience and exposure for candidates seeking to grow their career in Program Management.

This position is located onsite in Woburn, MA. Relocation is not available.

What You Will Do:

  • Develop internal and external executive communications & reports in support of effective customer messaging and employee engagement.

  • Own multiple projects while simultaneously interacting with and relating to varied groups of people and internal/external customers.

  • Facilitation of organizational goal development within CORE operating system and RLPM process alignment across portfolio programs.

  • Develop executive/program level presentations and mission area data to support Raytheon internal reviews, customer meetings, and external briefings.

  • Develop, implement, and manage dashboards & metrics that provide actionable insights into portfolio performance & dependencies, including spearheading of UTMD/CLS CORE Control Room efforts.

  • Lead execution of the UTMD/CLS operating cadence (battle-rhythm) and coordinate with the UTMD/CLS Business Manager and Program Excellence Leads on required reporting and special initiatives.

  • Facilitate Engineering and Facilities capital planning to ensure mission area investments are aligned with the priorities in the Long-Range Plan.

  • Some domestic and international (infrequent) travel per demand of the customers.

Qualifications We Require:

  • A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years experience.

  • Experience supporting development, production, and/or sustainment programs, including balancing cost, schedule, and technical requirements.

  • Experience with program management tools and processes such as Earned Value Management System (EVMS), Integrated Master Plan (IMP) / Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), and/or Risk and Opportunity.

  • Experience working within a highly matrixed organization to include finance, contracts, engineering, supply chain, and numerous other functions.

  • Ability to obtain an active U.S. government issued security clearance.

Qualifications We Prefer:

  • Ability to operate independently to navigate organizational complexities and to obtain resources (through influence) to move initiatives forward.

  • Working knowledge of contract formation, execution, and management.

  • Strong business acumen to proactively identify and resolve issues quickly and efficiently

  • Ability to demonstrate and synthesize complex program data into concise packages and brief senior leaders for executive level decision making.

The salary range for this role is 132,400 USD - 251,600 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
