What You'll Be Doing
- Operate and maintain equipment essential to aggregate production.
- Perform general plant cleanup, including shoveling, sweeping, and debris removal.
- Assist with routine inspections to ensure safe and efficient plant operations.
- Support production teams with loading, processing, and stockpile management.
- Follow all safety protocols to maintain a hazard‑free work environment.

- Ability to work safely and follow established procedures.
- Strong awareness of equipment operation and basic mechanical aptitude.
- Reliability and readiness to contribute in a fast‑paced production setting.
- Willingness to perform physical tasks in various outdoor conditions.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
Conditions of Employment
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
Work Environment
- Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
