• Must know and be proficient in 2 or more job classifications, preferably multiple departments either with Clayton Homes or another Manufactured Housing organization of like kind.
• Must acknowledge and understand that the potential for overtime opportunities exists daily and not have a visible pattern of refusing those overtime opportunities. 
• Must be willing to travel upon short notice for intermittent transit issues as they arise, weekend or workweek service requests, sales show expos etc…
• Must be willing to accept training opportunities when available or presented.
• Must exhibit the ability to be a pace setter with a sense of urgency.
• Must be willing to assist Area Coordinators and Coaches in the New Hire training and onboarding process.
• Must have displayed a consistent pattern of positive attitude and work ethic.
• Must be designated as “self-directed” on the lates performance evaluation.
• Must have a basic working knowledge and understanding or print & job order packages.
• Must be free from any disciplinary action beyond a written warning in relation to the attendance policy.
