Job Description:
Sherpany by Datasite is the leading Swiss meeting management solution, designed to meet the unique needs of the board, board committee, and executive meetings. Our solution streamlines the entire meeting process to make meetings more productive and thus enhancing company performance. Our customers include well-known medium to large companies in all industries, such as Axpo, Raiffeisen Bank and Calida Group. More than 400 companies already use Sherpany.

What you will be doing:
Lead strategic, explorative research to uncover key pain points and unmet needs of Board Members and C-Level users and
Lead user and prospect recruiting and profiling to ensure the right participants are involved in each research activity
Act as a central research partner for all product squads and relevant chapters
Own and continuously improve Research Ops, including insight repositories, participant pools, and repeatable workflows
Synthesize and communicate insights into clear, actionable narratives that drive alignment across teams
Occasionally support opportunity validation, early concept testing, and usability research when needed
Combine qualitative research and product analytics to understand problems and inform decisions

Clear communication and storytelling, especially with senior stakeholders and a strong stakeholder management across teams
High autonomy and ownership

Fluent communication in English, German is a strong plus
