Eligibility: Must be an active student (or very recently graduated) and able to work onsite in Prague for the full duration of the internship

About the Role
As a User Experience Research Intern, you’ll support research on real consumer SaaS products, including Norton. You’ll work with researchers, designers, and product teams to understand user behaviour and help shape how our security products are designed and improved at global scale.
This internship is ideal if you’re curious about how people interact with digital products, and how user insight informs product, business, and design decisions in a consumer tech company.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in planning and conducting user research studies, including interviews and usability testing
Support the synthesis and analysis of research data to uncover user behaviours, needs, and motivations
Contribute to the creation of research reports and presentations to share insights with product teams and stakeholders
Participate in brainstorming sessions and workshops to help translate user insights into design decisions
Learn and apply user research best practices and usercentred design principles in a digital product environment
To Be Considered
You must:
Be an active fulltime student or recently graduated
Have an interest in consumer technology and SaaS products
You’ll work in English daily; strong written and spoken English is required.
This internship could suit students who are:
Studying Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, User Experience, or related social science/design disciplines (e.g., Sociology, Ethnography)
Interested in user research and how people use digital products and software
Curious, analytical, and motivated to understand user behaviour and decisionmaking
(optional) Curious about AI and emerging technologies, with a thoughtful, human-first mindset. Excited to experiment, but comfortable questioning limitations, risks, and hype.
