We are looking for a User Experience (UX) Director to lead and elevate the digital experience across our three European consumer brands — spanning websites, apps, and the wider connected ecosystem.
This is a pivotal role within our digital leadership team responsible for defining what a 5★ experience feels like for millions of consumers across Europe.
You’ll combine strategic vision with hands-on leadership, ensuring every consumer interaction is simple, connected, and commercially effective. You’ll build and grow a high-performing team, drive design excellence across markets, and champion the voice of the consumer in every business decision.
We’re looking for someone ambitious, commercially sharp, and confident enough to challenge the status quo — a leader who can inspire transformation, not just manage it.
Key Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end digital experience for our app, websites, and connected journeys, driving consistency and excellence across all brands and markets.
Lead UX strategy, design systems, user journeys, flows, CRO, SEO and overall usability — ensuring every touchpoint drives performance and delight.
Champion data-driven design through testing, analytics, and experimentation — fostering a culture of evidence-based decisions.
Partner with Product, Service, IoT, and Marketing teams to ensure our connected experiences feel truly joined-up and human.
Define and track experience KPIs linked to commercial outcomes such as conversion, engagement, satisfaction, and loyalty.
Build, coach, and empower a talented multidisciplinary team — creating future UX leaders and scaling best practice across Europe.
Stay ahead of emerging UX trends including AI, personalisation, accessibility, and sustainability in design — ensuring our experiences remain cutting-edge
Influence senior stakeholders and shape the broader digital transformation agenda alongside the CDXO

What you need to succeed
Must have
Deep knowledge of UX principles, SEO, CRO, analytics, and digital design systems.
Skilled at influencing without authority — able to align cross-functional teams around a shared vision.
Data-driven and fluent with A/B testing, analytics platforms, and insight tools.
Professional experience:
8–10 years’ experience in UX or digital experience leadership, ideally within consumer brands, e-commerce, or marketplaces
Proven record of delivering measurable gains in conversion, retention, and consumer satisfaction.
Experienced in leading multidisciplinary design, research, and optimisation teams across markets.
Commercially astute: understands how design choices impact growth, sales, and brand trust.
Language: Fluent in English and Italian (other European languages are a plus)
