Job Description

This role focuses on creating visually appealing, user-friendly, and consistent interfaces across digital products by developing design systems, crafting skins, mockups, graphics, icons, and interactions. It involves translating user requirements into wireframes and prototypes, ensuring usability and accessibility, and conducting user research and testing to validate design decisions. The role collaborates closely with UX, product, and development teams to deliver seamless implementation while staying updated on industry trends and advocating user-centered design. Success is measured by user satisfaction, design quality, speed to market, engagement impact, and alignment with business objectives

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Design visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces (ie skins, mockups) for products and services.
  • Create and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across products and services.
  • Design graphical elements such as icons, images, and illustrations to being visual meaning to concepts.
  • Balance the relationship between aesthetic and usability to ensure user appeal without sacrificing functionality.
  • Develop user interface designs for digital products, considering usability, accessibility, and user experience principles.
  • Collaborate with UX designers and product managers to understand user requirements and translate them into design solutions.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design concepts and iterate based on feedback.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.
  • Work closely with development teams to ensure seamless implementation of designs and maintain design consistency across platforms.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UI design and incorporate them into the design process.
  • Advocate for user-centered design principles and contribute to the continuous improvement of design processes within the organization.
