An exciting Program Management opportunity has arisen in Defence to lead our Trainer & Transport Repair Planning programs. You will lead an IPT accountable for delivering our ‘Perform’ Repair Planning accountabilities across our Trainer & Transport Programs. The role is also central to our businesses SIOP Transformation program through the opportunity to lead the integration of Repair Planning in our future APS (Advanced Planning System) & Parts Supply Strategies.

What you will be doing:

  •  Delivery of Repair Planning program, products & Services
  • Lead Transformation within Repair Planning
  • Identification & Program management of new repair packages
  • Developing future Repair Planning Strategies
  • Interface with our Product Program teams and Internal & External Supply Chain teams on the above.

   

Position qualifications:

  • Program Management or similar
  • Process Improvement
  • Qualified to at least degree level or equivalent industry experience

 Preferred requirements:

  • Great interpersonal & influencing skills
  • Transformational mindset
  • Demonstrated business acumen
