We are seeking a detail-oriented and driven Used Car Buyer to support our dealership operations. This role is responsible for managing vehicle inventory selection through manufacturer systems, analyzing sales trends, and ensuring accurate reporting of new vehicle sales. This position works closely with the General Manager, Sales Managers, and manufacturer partners to ensure the dealership maintains the right inventory mix to meet customer demand and market trends.

Responsibilities:
- Utilize manufacturer websites to select and preference new vehicle inventory based on sales history and market demand
- Collaborate with New Vehicle Sales Managers to identify and acquire appropriate inventory
- Report new vehicle sales to the manufacturer accurately and in a timely manner
- Assist with dealer trades as needed
- Support courtesy delivery of new vehicles to customers
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail with a sense of urgency
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Active listening skills with the ability to understand and respond effectively
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Previous sales experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of the automotive market is a plus
- Basic computer proficiency

The estimated monthly earning range for this position is $5,000.00 to $7,500.00, which includes commissions on (Commissions –Ex: “Individual Sales and/or Individual Gross Profit”, “Department Net”) and/or bonus opportunities such as (Bonuses –Ex: “Parts Gross Achievement, Manufacturer Approvability”).
Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, as well as a variety of other benefits, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and paid time off (PTO).
