Position Summary...

The Vice President holds the critical responsibility of serving as the central leader who will strategically integrate and direct both the Merchandising Strategy Office (MSO) and the advanced analytics function under one cohesive team. This leadership role is accountable for driving significant business improvement by establishing a clear mandate to accelerate efficiencies and enable proactive, data-led decision-making across Merchandising. A key focus is to solve complex legacy problems and ensure that the overarching business strategy is tangibly connected to the day-to-day work executed across the entire organization. Finally, the VP will oversee the successful stand-up of a new store and localization team, directing its efforts to bring a greater, strategic focus to both localizing and the effective opening of new stores.

What you'll do...

Key Priorities
1.Strategic Unification & Leadership: Serve as the single point of leadership responsible for unifying and directing the MSO and the advanced analytics teams, ensuring their combined output is greater than the sum of their parts.
2.Driving Business Efficiency: Strategically identify, prioritize, and manage initiatives that accelerate business efficiencies and optimize operational workflows across the Merchandising organization.
3.Enabling Data-Led Decisions: Implement and champion a culture of proactive, data-led decision-making by ensuring high-quality, actionable insights are consistently delivered to key business partners.
4.Problem Resolution: Lead efforts to analyze and solve long-standing legacy problems within Merchandising by leveraging advanced analytical techniques and strategic frameworks.
5.Strategy-to-Execution Connection: Establish clear mechanisms to connect overarching strategy directly to the day-to-day operations and tactical execution within the Merchandising function.
6.New Team Development: Oversee the successful stand-up and integration of the new store and localization team, directing its efforts to increase focus on strategic store localization and the effective opening of new stores.
7.Drive Integration: Lead the integration of the Project Stores team under Central Enablement to strengthen alignment between store execution, merchandising strategy, and operational readiness for new and remodeled locations.

The annual salary range for this position is $225,000.00 - $500,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

• 10 years’ leadership experience in retail, operations, or related field
