The (USA) Coach/Ops Manager Trainee plays a pivotal role in leading and developing store teams by providing training, feedback, and clear guidance aligned with company objectives. About the team:
The Overnight Stocking Coach leads the overnight team to ensure efficient product stocking and timely shelf replenishment, maintaining high standards of store presentation and operational excellence. This team collaborates to meet business goals by providing clear guidance, training, and feedback. Emphasizing effective communication and process improvement, the team supports continuous learning and adherence to company policies. Together, they foster a productive environment focused on delivering a positive shopping experience and operational success during overnight hours.
What you'll do: - Lead and develop teams by providing training, coaching, and constructive feedback to enhance performance.
- Communicate and collaborate with associates at all levels to support store operations and business initiatives.
- Model and uphold exceptional customer service standards, ensuring customer needs and concerns are addressed effectively.
- Drive financial performance by monitoring sales, managing expenses, and implementing action plans to meet profit goals.
- Oversee merchandise presentation, inventory flow, and operational processes to maintain high-quality standards.
- Foster a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and adaptability to support business growth and change.

- Strong skills in managing store operations, including merchandising, inventory flow, and financial performance.
- Experience in analyzing profit and loss statements, budgeting, forecasting, and expense control.

The hourly wage range for this position is $31.25 - $38.46*
*The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Minimum Qualifications...

2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s
supervisory experience.
For facilities that sell firearms, I acknowledge that the position for which I am applying will require successful completion of a firearms- specific
Criminal Background Check (CBC) and Firearms Authorized Training.
For facilities that sell only ammunition and have state specific requirements, I acknowledge that the position for which I am applying may require a
current state issued Certificate of Eligibility.
Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments (for example, Academy trainings, Open Door trainings, etc.)
