  • Balance market demands and local relevance: Balance specific market demands and client enrollment rates to ensure campaigns are relevant and drive growth where it matters most.
  • Identify trends and benchmark: Proactively identify and benchmark local trends and competitor marketing initiatives to inform strategy, aligning implementation with Global and local leadership.
  • Cross-functional collaborations and stakeholder management: Partner with key local stakeholders (e.g., Customer Success, Wellbeing Engagement) to manage cross-functional initiatives and champion the End-user Marketing team in regional forums, fostering a collaborative, fast-paced environment built on trust.
  • Lead global campaign execution: Serve as the project manager for regional initiatives, ensuring agile end-to-end execution from planning to launch.
  • Monitor and optimize performance: Monitor campaign results, optimize performance, and capture learnings to refine future strategies.
  • Oversee asset creation & setup: Oversee the creation of all marketing assets (CTA, visuals, copy) using tools like Canva, Figma, and Structured Web (leveraging existing templates and AI), and be responsible for campaign segmentation setup in Braze.
  • Ensure brand consistency: Ensure consistency across channels by strictly following marketing and Wellhub brand best practices.
  • Innovation and experimentation: Foster a creative environment to identify and test innovative ways to overcome challenges and drive growth. Apply strong experimentation skills to test/validate hypotheses locally for potential global scaling.
  • Develop & scale best practices: Identify, document, and scale Conversion Rate Optimization best practices (including CTA, templates, visuals, and messaging lengths), ensuring consistency by developing strategy playbooks based on experimentation and regional insights.
  • Live the mission: inspire and empower others by genuinely caring for your own wellbeing and your colleagues. Bring wellbeing to the forefront of work, and create a supportive environment where everyone feels comfortable taking care of themselves, taking time off, and finding work-life wellness.
