The Transformation Lead is responsible for driving, coordinating, and delivering the Project Forward transformation agenda across the US Business Unit. This role ensures that all transformation initiatives are strategically aligned, rigorously governed, and deliver measurable business value. The Transformation Lead partners with workstream leaders, executive stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to break down silos, accelerate progress, and embed a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement. The role is pivotal in enabling the organization to achieve its turnaround and growth ambitions by ensuring that transformation efforts are cohesive, impactful, and sustainable.

Transformation Program Leadership
Leads the design, planning, and execution of transformation initiatives under Project Forward, ensuring alignment with strategic imperatives and business objectives.
Partners with workstream leaders to develop robust business cases, implementation roadmaps, and clear KPIs for each initiative.
Facilitates cross-functional collaboration, knowledge sharing, and best practice adoption to maximize impact and avoid duplication.
Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
Builds strong relationships with senior leaders, workstream owners, and external partners. Communicates progress, risks, and outcomes clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences, ensuring alignment and buy-in at all levels.
Strategic Focus & Commercial Impact
Barrier Removal & Change Enablement
Proactively identifies and removes organizational, technical, and cultural blockers that impede transformation progress. Escalates critical issues to senior leadership as needed and facilitates cross-functional problem-solving. Champions a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement, modeling the behaviors and mindset required for successful transformation.
Governance & Value Delivery
Establishes and maintains rigorous governance processes, including stage-gate reviews, transparent reporting, and disciplined decision-making. Monitors progress against key milestones and KPIs, ensuring that all initiatives deliver measurable value and contribute to the overall success of Project Forward. Challenges assumptions, conducts root-cause analyses when results fall short, and drives corrective actions to ensure value realization.

Applies deep understanding of transformation program management, operational excellence, and commercial strategy to drive impactful change. Collaborates with finance, commercial, and category teams to define and deliver on value targets, optimize resource allocation, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
VISION, STRATEGY & PLANNING:
Shapes the transformation agenda through enterprise-wide thinking, robust planning, and insight-led prioritization. Aligns functional and category strategies to define where and how the business wins.
CROSS-FUNCTIONAL LEADERSHIP & INFLUENCE:
Translates strategy into coordinated, cross-functional execution. Builds alignment and momentum across the organization through insight-driven influence and leadership credibility. Presents transformation recommendations and updates to executive leadership.
INNOVATION & CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT:
Fosters a culture of experimentation, learning, and scaling successful ideas. Identifies and activates key enablers for transformation while systematically addressing barriers.
WINNING ORGANIZATION & CULTURE:
Builds a culture of strategic clarity, bold thinking, and accountability. Equips the enterprise to think and act more strategically through capability development, process improvement, and strategic enablement.
*The position is based in Warren, NJ, and follows a hybrid model, requiring an in-office presence of 3 days per week.
We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
Proven track record in leading large-scale transformation, strategy, or project management roles within CPG/FMCG or related industries.
Experience in designing and executing complex, cross-functional programs/projects.
Exposure to commercial strategy, operational excellence, and innovation processes.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions and assess opportunities and risks to drive growth.
Executive presence and ability to influence senior leadership and external partners in high-stakes environments.
High level of integrity, discretion, and judgment in managing confidential information.

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS
The salary range for this role is $137,813 - 189,492 USD + bonus
