This position supports key US Total Rewards initiatives spanning Life & Disability, benefits technology, vendor partnerships, and compensation cycle support, helping to deliver a strong employee experience and well-governed, market-competitive programs. Working closely with external vendors and internal stakeholders across HR and the business, this role tackles complex, intellectually stimulating work that has real impact. The annual base pay for this position ranges from $87,172 to $130,758. Our positions offer eligibility for various incentives—an opportunity to receive short-term incentive bonuses, equity-based awards for salaried roles and commissions for sales roles. Benefits offered include qualified retirement programs, paid time off (i.e., vacation, holiday, and leaves), as well as health, dental, and vision coverage in accordance with the terms of the applicable plans.
